How many sessions per week, how long and what?
I am an olympic distance triathlete currently swimming around 25 min on the 1500m. How many sessions per week do I need and which would these be? Also, will I significantly benefit from adding another session per week, or is it wiser to invest the time on my cycling weakness?

It is difficult to answer this question without knowing more about you. It would help if we knew how much you were swimming in sessions, what your strengths and weakneses are. It may be that you might need to do longer sessions rather than adding a session.
