We are husband and wife team Mark and Rhona. Mark is a former sports scientist for the British national triathlon team, and now coach for the British Olympic Development team, coaching some of the brightest British stars of the future in drafting triathlon, including the 2011 U23 World Champion and a 2012 Olympian.
Rhona is a sports scientist with more than 10 years experience of providing physiology support to triathletes.
We’ve worked with triathletes of all levels, from beginners through to Olympic and World class professional triathletes.
We want to pass on the knowledge we have gained through experience and science. You will be satisfied that you are doing the right training – understand triathlon and exactly what training you need to do to achieve your goals.
