9-Session Technical Swim School Programme

Dates:

• 9, 16, 23, 30th January
• 6, 20, 27th February (Leicestershire half term is 14th to 18th Feb)
• 6, 13th March

Lane 1 = > 2'20 per 100m during normal swimming

Lane 2 = 2'00 - 2'20 per 100m

Lane 3 = 1'45 - 2'00 per 100m

Lane 4 = 1'30 - 145 per 100m
