It walks you through planning your training and racing:
Select your key race of the season, enter this into the spreadsheet and the planner will automatically set up to count the days/weeks down to the big day.
Plan all your races – record your aims for each race and how these link to your key priority. Keep yourself focussed and working towards your main goal.
Carry out a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) of your triathlon performance to help you identify areas you can take advantage of and things you need to pay attention to. Thinking through your training like this can save valuable time and effort at a later date.
Profile your performance. Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 on a range of different criteria that influence triathlon performance, for example consistency of training, speed, endurance, open water technique, wetsuit swimming, bike skills, VO2max, bike to run etc.
