  • Support on bike rides if required
  • Private 25m 2-lane heated pool
  • Large gym with turbo trainer, spin bikes, TRX, weights, gym balls, rollers
  • Bike Workshop with on-site Bike Mechanic to help assemble bikes etc..

“I got so much more than I expected out of the camp. We trained hard, but intelligently. Mark gave each of us a great deal of attention and was able to focus sessions to help meet our individual goals. I found I gained as much from working on skills and techniques as I did from doing hard sessions. This mix of training also ensured we made the most of our time, using our recovery time to learn from Mark's experience”.
Drew Fuller – AG athlete and attendee on camp in 2015 -

The camp will be fully coached by Mark, and is open to any triathlete.

We will work with each of you individually to ensure the training is appropriate to your needs, and provide coaching in all sessions where appropriate.

Cost is £750, excluding flights.

He knows triathlon, the science of training and has pedigree doing so, which set my mind at ease regarding training.

I've seen significant improvements in my fitness and performances in races with Mark and see potential for further gains ahead.
